Panera Bread is a place you can rely on to serve the freshest ingredients in all their menu items. And what a large selection on the menu! The only thing difficult about Panera is trying to decide what you want. Love, love, love Panera!
This location isn't on the same level as the others in the area. They forgot about half my order, the hot chocolate tastes like a warmed up yoohoo instead of hot chocolate, the soup tasted old and was really gloopy instead of smooth...seats and tables were dirty....and in the 45 minutes I was in the store I didn't see anyone walk the floor and clean. They weren't busy.Asked for an exchange for the hot chocolate and the worker got defensive immediately and said they couldn't refund. All I wanted was a large fountain instead, don't need attitude for no reason.If you can avoid this Location I would. Only one friendly person in the store.
Placed an online order, paid for it and when I got to the 75th and Antioch location, it was all locked up! Called customer service and they said sorry, issuedy credit which I will see in 3-5 days. Pitiful service all the way around!

The first time I came here my expensive sandwich had so little meat on it that I had to open the sandwich to find it. The second time I came in I ordered a bagel bc you can't mess that up. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES to get my bagel AND the staff was not only rude when I asked but then set it on the counter without calling my name so it wasn't until I went to ask AGAIN that she said, it's there. I asked if she called my name to which she responded, "I don't know" well done panera. 🙄 it's sad when you can mess up someone's experience ordering a bagel.
Love their food & coffee. Very clean. Really nothing but counter service. You bus yourself. High volume of customers.
